The People and Culture Manager - International Business & Reward is a senior role within the People and Culture Team. This team being responsible for the People and Culture vision and strategic direction of NetComm. The role reports to the Chief People Officer (CPO) based in our global head office in Lane Cove, Sydney Australia. The role will provide strategic counsel, advisory and consultative services to our International business leaders, in relation to people and culture matters. It will also define and build effective reward frameworks and tools to enable the planned business growth in both local and overseas markets.

Note: this role involves international travel, predominately to our US Office and occasionally to our UK office (approximately 6 times per year). As we grow, other locations may be included.

Skills and experience?

  • Relevant management experience delivering human resource outcomes in a geographically diverse organisation - advantageous
  • Strong communicator with good writing ability and attention to detail
  • Collaborative, whilst also able to work autonomously and independently
  • Excellent time management and project prioritisation skills.
