Review product and process deficiencies to ensure appropriate actions are taken to correct and prevent them.

Ensure that employees are trained as required and competent for their work.

Monitor and act on customer feedback

Monitor and review supplier performance and any deficiencies found in supplied materials, and to work with suppliers to resolve issues if necessary.

Audit and review its systems, processes and documentation at scheduled intervals and correct deficiencies.
