NetComm Wireless is committed to an Environmental Management System which is certified to ISO 14001.

This involves review of environmental aspects and reduction of the environmental impacts of the Companys operations and meeting all relevant environmental legislation and regulations.

It provides a framework for setting, monitoring and reviewing environmental objectives and targets and resources are provided to ensure these objectives are met.

The public is made aware of the companys commitment through the company website. All employees are trained in this Environmental Policy and the Environmental Management System and best environmental operating and management practices.

Environmental aspects include:

• Chemicals, e.g. solvents used in production processes,
• Energy and water use,
• Packaging materials received with goods and raw materials,
• Packaging materials used and sent with finished products,

The Company commits to continual improvement with a view to reducing environmental impacts as follows:

• Preventing pollution of the environment from normal, abnormal or emergency conditions by means of adequate operational controls and an emergency preparedness plan,
• Promotion of environmental best practice to suppliers, customers and end users,
• Measuring and reviewing environmental objectives.
